A found a really cute picture online of an Alaskan Malamute (one of my favorite breeds) and decided to draw it. I had never done fur with colored pencil before, and I'm rather pleased with how it turned out. I didn't want to make it look exactly like the photo, so I changed a few things and added in purple shadows and blue highlights to give it a nifty look. One of my classmates named him Zorro. X3
Unfortunately, some jerk stole my picture (don't know who it was yet), and it had the URL on it so I could give a link to it here. I went through about 30 google pages before I found the pic, and I don't really feel like doing that again. -_- So, until I can find out who took my picture, I can't post the link of the reference I used. D: Dunno how long it took, I did it mostly during school. |
